Description:  At this Industry Update, participants will hear from local experts about the Greater Lansing Area's historic districts, their exterior design requirements, how they impact appraisal, and the restrictions/processes that surround these districts. REALTORS® who attend this talk will be better prepared to advise buyers and sellers interested in homes located in these and similar districts.
