DescriptionLocation The Michigan Graduate, Realtor® Institute I (GRI I) course provides comprehensive coverage of the topics required for prospective Michigan GRI Certification as well as Michigan Broker prelicensing education. The content meets the 30-hour prelicensing curriculum requirements as set forth by the State of Michigan. The course covers topic areas such as state and federal laws, agency, broker-agent relationships, contract law, deeds, finance, appraisal,and real estate closings. To get full credit for this GRI-I Class with Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS, you must attend all dates of the event: April 12, 14, 19, and 21.
