Continuing Education: Continuing education, if applicable, will be awarded as follows: 1 fair housing continuing education credit (C133476) There is no Appraiser Con Ed available. Continuing education is regulated by the State of Michigan, and it is important for licensed agents to comply with the law. Delivery Structure: Hybrid (in-person and virtual) Virtual Class Procedures: Arrive on time for class. Participants joining 10 minutes after the start time will not receive credit. Please stay on for the duration of the class and participate in all poll questions. This is mandatory for credited continuing education courses. Driving during a virtual class is prohibited.
