April 2024 Seller Day - Realtor® Success Program Details You're Registered! DescriptionLocation April 17, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. ONLY NEW MEMBERS CAN RECEIVE CREDIT FOR ATTENDING! This class can be attended in person OR virtually! In person seating is limited so please reserve your seat now! Preregistration is required. Walk-In attendees will not be permitted. Class Description: SELLER DAY - Learn from your fellow agent on the following: Agency Disclosures; Seller's Disclosure Form; Square Footage; step-by-step of a working Listing Agreement form and the meaning behind it; Legal Descriptions; and items needed to address with your Seller on the Input Form. To enhance the experience of both attendees and speakers, cameras and microphone use will be required. Attendees will be able to see their fellow classmates and also interact with speakers via microphone. All attendees will be required to turn on their camera, give undivided attention and complete poll questions for the duration of the class. Continuing Education (con. ed.): 3 elective continuing education credits (C132052, 083170) Continuing education, if applicable, will be awarded as long as participants virtually are logged-in on time, participate, and answer ALL poll questions. If your device does not allow for Poll Question Pop-Up, please come in person to get Con Ed. If you choose to attend virtually, please be aware that you may not have the same experience.
